How can I request your service?
You can contact us with an E-mail for any inquiry about the survey items you expected. We will respond to your request within one (1) business days. Or you could reach us by telephoning our office during working hours at +86-22-6628 5588 or +86-132 9995 1288 ready for 24hrs*7days.
After your final confirmation of our services, an appointment E-mail, a Project Manager will be fixed to follow up the case, and any updates will be reported to you in due course via E-mail or WeChat.
With few exceptions, the digital report in PDF with pictures & related document attached will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days or agreed dates. The report is prepared solely for you, and it will be not revealed to any party else, until or unless you authorize disclosure to those parties.
We will be 24 hours standby. 24hours attendance and supervision will be provided if necessary.
