Over the course of three years of hard work, “Inspection Rules for Pre-loading Survey of Steel Products” has finally published. As the major party who drafts this work, we owe our members from Teamhead Marine Surveyors our most genuine gratitude. We would also like to address our appreciation towards our partner CCS Industrial for their contribution and support delivered by China Inspection and Quarantine Association. It is our belief that this particular specification created on the basis of actual situations observed in China will play a positive role, when it comes to enhancement of general standard on preloading survey of exported steel products.
